Shipping Policy

We have calculated shipping rates to all Mexican territory.
Shipments are calculated in the shopping cart considering the zip code and quantity of products.
Our shipping time for products in stock is 4 to 5 business days and for those not in stock 30 to 60 days.
Our national deliveries are made mainly through Fedex and for furniture and fragile pieces through the company Fletes de Oriente by consolidated freight with delivery time of 2 to 7 days.

All the products travel insured against damages caused during the transportation, to proceed with an insurance complain it is necessary to follow these instructions:
- If possible, open the package upon receipt and inform the deliverer if any damage to the product is identified.
- Photograph of the condition of the package upon receipt, as well as photograph of the tracking number next to the package and the damaged product.
- Send the request and photographs to info@tributo.mx within 48 hours after receiving the package.
- Any complain received after 48 hours of the receipt will not be able to proceed due to insurance conditions from the freight companies.
